We price each machine when you ask, and here is why that is not a dodge. Every one of these is a used unit. The meter reading, the condition and what is fitted to it all change the figure, so a single number on a page would be wrong on most of them. Tell us the machine and we will price the actual unit, tell you whether it is on the floor or coming in, and put the delivery, install and training in the same number.

Why a refurbished machine, and when it is the wrong answer

A machine that has come off a contract and been through the workshop does the same job as a new one for a fraction of the money, and every one we sell is stripped, cleaned, worn parts replaced and test printed before it goes out. That suits an office that wants a capable A3 machine without a capital purchase, a second machine for a busy floor, or a site that needs a machine this week.

It is the wrong answer if you need the current model for a five year term, if the machine has to match others you already run, or if you are outside South East Queensland and the fringes above, because we will not sell a used machine we cannot get to and service.

Choosing the right machine

The right copier depends on how many pages you print a month, how much of it is colour, whether you need A3, and how many people scan. We start with those questions, not with a brochure.

Pages a month

The single biggest factor. It decides the speed and duty the machine needs, and what it costs to run.

How much colour

Colour pages cost more to produce, so the mix changes which machine and which service agreement suit.

A3 or A4

A3 machines handle larger pages and higher volumes; a compact A4 suits smaller offices and lighter use.

Scanning and finishing

Scan to email and folders, stapling and booklets. We set up what you need and leave out what you do not, and we can go further and make the scanning file itself.

What condition are refurbished and renewed machines in?

Every machine is checked and serviced before it is delivered, and we tell you its condition when we quote, so you know exactly what you are getting.

Do refurbished copiers come with service?

Yes, if you want it. Most customers take a service agreement with toner included, so the machine is looked after for as long as you have it.

Can we pay monthly?

Yes. Machines can be paid for over a fixed monthly term, or bought outright. We will show you both.

Where do you deliver refurbished machines?

Brisbane, the Gold Coast, the Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba, Gympie and Northern NSW, delivered and installed by our technicians. Outside these areas, see new copiers, which we supply Australia wide.

Can you take our old machine away?

Yes. Tell us about it when you ask for a quote and we will include removal, and any trade in value, in the price.

What does a refurbished machine cost to run?

We price the machine and the service separately, and on a refurbished machine we quote the running cost with the machine rather than publishing a figure, because it depends on the volumes you actually print and on what is fitted to the unit.

What is included when you price it?

The price includes delivery, installation, training. The one thing that can be added is stairs, because carrying a machine up a flight takes two people and equipment, and we quote that with the job rather than guess it.

Can I rent a refurbished machine?

Yes, over 24, 36, 48 months. A secondhand machine cannot be financed for longer than 48 months, which is why the terms are shorter than on a new machine. Ask for rental pricing on the machine you want.

Why is there no price on the page?

Where do you deliver a refurbished machine?

South East Queensland, out to Toowoomba, Gold Coast, Northern New South Wales, Sunshine Coast, Gympie. We do not sell a used machine outside that, because we have to be able to get to it and service it.

Is it actually in stock?

Some are on the floor and some we bring in from another warehouse. Ask about the machine you want and we will tell you which, and when it can be delivered.
