Common questions
How do we change what is on the screen?
From a web browser, on a computer or phone. Upload images or video, set times for each item, and the screens update on their own. If you prefer, we can make the changes for you.
Can one account run screens at more than one site?
Yes. Screens at different sites can show the same content or their own, all managed from one login.
What if there is no power point where the sign needs to go?
Battery powered colour e-paper signs are an option for room signs, notices and price boards, with no cabling needed.
Where do you install?
Our technicians install in Brisbane, the Gold Coast, the Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba, Gympie and Northern NSW. Outside those areas, call us before you order and we will tell you whether we can arrange it.
Can we buy the screens outright?
Yes. The monthly payment includes installation, software and support, but outright purchase is available.
What happens if a screen stops working?
Call the same number you call for your copier. We check it remotely first, send a technician if needed, and handle any warranty claim with the maker.
