Used machines too, checked and serviced before they leave us. Every model is priced for the trays and finishing you need, paid monthly through our finance partner or outright, and delivered with a service agreement that includes toner.
Tell us the make, model and what the machine is doing when you book, and the technician arrives ready for that fault instead of meeting it cold. On a service agreement we already hold your machine and its history, so the parts it takes are matched to it before the visit.

Buying, rental and lease
Buy it, rent it, lease it, or own it at the end.
A copier can be bought outright, rented, leased, or paid off so it is yours at the end. Buying outright is the lowest total cost if you have the capital and intend to keep the machine. Rental puts the machine, the servicing and the toner into one monthly figure and nothing on the balance sheet. A lease fixes the term and the payment. Commercial hire purchase leaves the machine yours when the term finishes.
We have no preference, and we will tell you that up front. We earn our living servicing the machine either way, so there is nothing in it for us to push you towards one. You buy it the way you want to buy it. We size the machine to your pages first, put all four options in front of you with what each one actually costs, and say plainly which is usually the cheapest for a business like yours. It is an accounting question as much as a printing one, and it is worth asking your accountant.

Do you service every brand of copier and printer?
Yes. We service all the major brands, including Toshiba, Kyocera, HP, Canon, Ricoh, Brother, Konica Minolta, Sharp, Fujifilm, Xerox, Epson, Lexmark and OKI, plus Zebra label printers.

Do I need a contract to book a repair?
No. Anyone can book a repair for any brand. We confirm the attendance charge when you book, and any part or further work is quoted to you before it goes ahead.
I am on a DSA contract. How do I get a technician or order toner?
Use the customer portal on this site. Service calls, toner orders and meter readings go straight to our service desk against your machine.
Do you sell new and refurbished printers and copiers?
Yes. We supply all the leading brands of printers and copiers, Australia wide, new. Refurbished and renewed copiers are available across South East Queensland, Toowoomba, Gympie and Northern NSW, delivered and installed by us.
Can you install or relocate a copier?
Yes. We install new machines and move existing ones in Brisbane, the Gold Coast, the Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba, Gympie and Northern NSW, including network and scanning setup.
Can I buy toner and parts online?
Yes. Find your machine in the toner and parts section to buy toner at a listed price, genuine or premium compatible, with stock shown as we hold it. Other parts are quoted. Contract customers order toner free through the portal instead.
