What every photocopier sale includes

Delivery to the room it will live in, including through a loading dock and up a goods lift in a city building.
Installation, network connection, and the print drivers loaded on the computers that need them.
Scan to email and scan to folder tested with your mail server and your network as they are on the day.
A walk through for the people who will use it, and a contact for questions afterwards.

Which photocopier should you buy?

The right copier is decided by the pages, not by the brochure. As a guide for a Brisbane office:

Up to about 2,000 pages a month: an A4 colour multifunction usually does the job, unless you need A3.
About 2,000 to 5,000 pages a month: a 20 to 25 page a minute A3 colour copier, the most common office machine we sell.
About 5,000 to 10,000 pages a month: a 30 to 35 page a minute A3 colour copier, often with a second paper drawer and a finisher.
Above 10,000 pages a month: 45 pages a minute or faster, with a high capacity paper deck.

If you print A3 drawings, booklets or posters, or scan large documents, buy A3 even at low volume. If nobody has printed A3 in a year, an A4 machine will cost less to run. The copier quote checklist sets out what to compare between machines and between suppliers.

Buy outright, rent or lease

Every machine we sell can also be rented or leased, with the servicing inside the monthly figure. Most Brisbane offices choose monthly, because it keeps the cash in the business and puts the machine and its servicing on one agreement. Outright prices are quoted on request, with delivery and installation stated in the quote.

Trading in the copier you have

If the machine you have now is owned outright, we can take it as part of the sale and tell you what it is worth to us in the same quote. If it is leased, we read the end of term clause with you before anything is ordered, because some leases roll on unless notice is given in writing. Do you sell photocopiers outright, or only on a lease? Both. We quote outright and monthly side by side, so you can see which costs less for your office over the life of the machine.

Can I buy a used photocopier from you? Yes. Our used and refurbished copiers have been through the workshop before they go out, and they carry the same service agreement as a new machine. See second hand photocopiers.
