What managed print costs a month in Brisbane
Managed print is one monthly figure for the machine, the servicing, the toner and the pages, so the honest way to price it is all in. Four examples from what we have quoted in Brisbane this year:
- Toshiba e-STUDIO 2010AC, refurbished, printing 2,000 black and 800 colour pages a month: about $170 to $190 a month plus GST all in (the machine on a 36 month rental, toner, parts, labour and travel, and the pages).

The figure moves with the machine, the term and above all your pages, which is why we ask for a month of meter readings before we quote. Copier prices by model has the monthly figure and an all in example for each of the twenty machines we quote most, and if you already have a managed print quote from someone else, we will put ours beside it in writing.

What is managed print?
One agreement that looks after your copiers and printers: servicing and repairs, toner, and billing from the pages you print, instead of paying for each call out and each cartridge separately.
Can you manage machines you did not supply?
Yes. We service every major brand, so the machines you already have can go on the agreement if they are in good order. We check each one first.
How are meter readings collected?
Most machines email their readings to us on their own each month. For the rest we send a reminder, and you can send a reading from the customer portal by scanning the sticker on the machine.
Is toner included?
On a service agreement, yes. Order from the customer portal and it is sent to the address on file for that machine.
