The twenty copiers and office printers we quote most in Brisbane, the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast, each with what it has rented for a month in 2026, so you can judge the quote in front of you. Every figure is plus GST on a 36 month rental and includes delivery, installation and setup with a document feeder and cabinet, on a service agreement that covers toner, parts, labour and travel; the pages are billed on what you print, and each machine's page shows the all in figure for a typical office. How to use these figures

A quote inside the range is normal. A quote above it should come with a reason you can see on the page: a higher grade, a finisher, more trays, a longer warranty.
