Brother machines are everywhere in small offices, and most faults we see are feed rollers, drums and fusers that are worth replacing rather than binning the printer.
Brother machines are common in smaller offices, practices and home businesses. Most of what we see on them is feed and fuser work, and parts are readily available, which is what keeps repairs on these machines worth doing.
We repair Brother mono and colour laser printers, laser multifunctions, business inkjets and all in one printers, across every region we cover.

Common Brother work
Many Brother lasers use a drum unit separate from the toner. Repeating marks or a drum warning usually mean the drum, not the toner.
Worn pickup rollers and separation pads cause the no feed and double feed calls we see most.
Smudged or creased output on the busier laser models.
Brother printers that drop off wifi after a router change, fixed in settings rather than parts.

Not on the list? We service all Brother models still supported with parts. Call 1300 922 260 with the model number.
We generally stop repairing Brother printers over ten years old, because parts and software support run out. If yours is older than that, call us and we will help over the phone where we can.
