What goes wrong on a Konica Minolta, in Konica Minolta's terms
The C3xxx codes. A fusing temperature fault is rank A: the machine locks for safety and stays locked until the heating roller, its thermistors or the unit itself is dealt with and a technician resets it.
Konica Minolta's imaging parts, one set per colour. Faint or patchy colour, streaks, and the C2551 to C2564 toner density codes usually start here. Each one counts its own life and asks for replacement when it is due.
Colours out of register, patchy solids, marks repeating down the page, and C2152 when the transfer belt will not press against or lift off the drums.
Misfeeds and double feeds from worn pick up, feed and separation rollers, and C0202 to C0214 when a tray, the bypass or a PC-110, PC-210 or PC-410 paper feed cabinet will not lift.
The DF-624 reverse automatic document feeder and the DF-701 dual scan document feeder. Originals that skew or stop, the 66 jam codes, and the C8xxx codes when a feeder roller or its glass cleaning will not move.

Common questions
Can I clear a Konica Minolta C code myself?
Sometimes. Konica Minolta sorts its trouble codes into ranks. Rank C codes, mostly communication and software errors, clear when the machine is switched off and on at the main power switch. Rank B codes reset when the front door is opened and closed, but they point at a part, so they tend to come back. Rank A codes, which include the fusing temperature faults, stay locked until a technician has fixed the cause and reset them. If a code comes back, book a call and quote the full code.
Do you repair Develop ineo machines?
Yes. Develop ineo machines are twins of bizhub models, so they take the same parts and show the same trouble codes, and we service them the same way.
Can you service a bizhub that came with a lease?
Yes, including machines that have come off a finance lease or out of their original contract. If servicing is already included in an agreement you pay someone else for, we will tell you, rather than let you pay twice.
Is an older bizhub worth repairing?
Usually, while parts are still available, because these machines were built to be maintained rather than replaced. If a repair would cost more than the machine is worth to you, we will say so before any work goes ahead.
