Fuji Xerox became Fujifilm Business Innovation, and many offices still run ApeosPort and DocuPrint machines under the old badge. We service both.
Fujifilm Business Innovation is the company once known as Fuji Xerox, so the DocuCentre and ApeosPort machines in many offices now carry the Fujifilm name. We service both the older Fuji Xerox badged machines and the current Fujifilm Apeos range.
These are solid office machines, and plenty come to us once their original contract ends and the owner wants an independent service provider instead.

How Fujifilm servicing works wherever your office is
Every Fujifilm and Fuji Xerox call, from an Apeos multifunction to a DocuPrint printer on a desk, comes through one service desk. The six digit code is read before anyone travels, because the chain points to the part of the machine at fault and the link shows how serious it is. The technician who attends on site then has a clear idea of what to check and what may be needed.
On site, the technician confirms the cause rather than clearing the screen and leaving. If a part is required, you hear what it is and what it costs before it is ordered, and it is fitted once it arrives. Meter readings, parts fitted and the work done are recorded against the machine, so the next visit starts from its history.
Choosing who services your Fujifilm photocopier
Whether it is a Fujifilm printer on a desk or a row of commercial copiers, a few questions sort out who should look after it. Do they read chain link codes, and know a 092 ATC System Fail from a 010 Fusing Unit lock? Can they source Fusing Units, Drum Cartridges and Deve Units for older DocuCentre and ApeosPort machines as well as current Apeos models? Will they tell you plainly when a repair is not worth doing?
Ask about the parts of the machine that sit outside the print engine. A finisher, the DADF and network scanning all fail in their own ways, and a provider that only handles print faults leaves a business with half a machine. All our technicians are trained and certified. They work on the whole copier, scanning and finishing included.
Fujifilm toner, parts and consumables to keep on hand
The DSA store sells Fujifilm toner and parts, genuine and compatible, as listed for each model. A spare Toner Cartridge for each colour you use heavily, kept sealed and lying flat, means an empty cartridge does not hold the office up. A spare Waste Toner Bottle is worth having too, because a full one halts printing even when the toner is fine.
Drum Cartridges, Deve Units, the Fusing Unit, the IBT Belt Unit and the 2nd BTR are life parts with their own counts, and the panel warns as each approaches its point. On a service agreement these are fitted at their page counts during a visit. Staple cartridges for the finisher are worth keeping in the cupboard as well.
Fujifilm codes offices ask us about
Every Fujifilm code family, and which ones a restart may clear, is in our Fujifilm error code guide. A few that come up often:
| Code | What it points to | Restart? |
|---|---|---|
| 093-916 | The chip on the black Toner Cartridge is out of place. Take the cartridge out and push it back firmly first. | Needs a technician |
| 094-420, 094-422 | The IBT Belt Unit or the 2nd BTR has come to its replacement point and should be fitted on a visit. | Needs a technician |
| 047-216 | Communication with the finisher dropped out. Switching off and on again often brings it back. | Worth one restart |
| 116-330 | The hard disk file system has an error, or the disk is not formatted, so the controller cannot use it. | Needs a technician |
| 116-321 | The software hit an error it could not recover from by itself. A restart usually clears it. | Worth one restart |
| 016-764 | Scan to email failed because the machine could not make a connection to the email (SMTP) server. | Needs a technician |
| 027-518 | Scan to folder was refused the login name or password, which often follows a password being changed. | Needs a technician |
