Choosing the right machine
The right machine depends on how many pages you print a month, how much of it is colour, whether you need A3 or A4, and how many people scan to email. How you pay for it is a separate question, and buying outright, renting, leasing and commercial hire purchase all suit different offices. We start with those questions, not with a brochure.
Pages a month
The single biggest factor. It decides the speed and duty the machine needs, and what it costs to run.
How much colour
Colour pages cost more to produce, so the mix changes which machine and which service agreement suit.
A3 or A4
A3 machines handle larger pages and higher volumes; a compact A4 suits smaller offices and lighter use.
Scanning and finishing
Scan to email and folders, stapling and booklets. We set up what you need and leave out what you do not, and we can go further and make the scanning file itself.

Which brands of photocopier and printer do you supply?
All the leading brands. Toshiba, Kyocera and HP are our own range and the three we know best, and we supply Canon, Ricoh, Sharp, Konica Minolta, Fujifilm, Xerox, Lexmark, Develop, Brother, Epson, OKI and Panasonic as well. Tell us what your office is standardised on. You can buy any of them from us with a service agreement, or buy the machine on its own without one.
Can we buy a photocopier outright, without a service agreement?
Yes. Plenty of offices buy the machine and nothing else, and that is a normal order here. The agreement is worth having when you want the servicing and the toner in one monthly figure instead of a bill each time, but it is a separate decision from buying the machine.
How much does a new photocopier cost?
It depends on the speed, whether it prints colour, whether it is A3 or A4, and the finishing and paper trays you need, so every model is call for pricing. Tell us roughly how many pages a month you print and how much of it is colour, and we will come back with the model that suits and what it costs to buy, rent, lease or finance.
Can we rent or lease instead of buying?
Yes. Rental, lease and commercial hire purchase all suit different offices, and they are set out properly on our rental, lease and finance page. We have no preference. You buy it the way you want to.
Do you sell desktop and A4 printers as well as A3 photocopiers?
Yes. A compact A4 multifunction suits a small office or a second machine on another floor; an A3 photocopier suits larger pages, higher volumes and finishing. We will say which one actually fits what you print rather than selling you up.
Can you supply the same brand we already run?
Usually, yes, and it is a fair thing to want: the drivers, the scanning and the way the panel works all stay familiar, and nobody has to be retrained. Tell us the brand and the model you have now and what you want it to do better.
Do you train our staff on the machine?
Yes, on site when it is installed, and it is part of the job rather than an extra. Most machines are bought for features the office never ends up using, so we show the people who will actually use it how to scan to email and to folders, how the finishing works, and how to get to the jobs they do every day.
Will you set it up on our network?
Yes. Delivery, installation, network setup, drivers on the computers that need them, and scanning to email and to folders are part of the job. Scan to email needs your mail server settings, so have those to hand or your IT provider available on the day. We also set up PIN codes and user access, departments and default trays if you want them.
Where can you supply a new photocopier or printer?

What does the service agreement cover?
Scheduled servicing and toner for the machine, billed monthly from your meter readings. Your agreement sets out exactly what is included.
Will you take our old machine away?
Yes, when you ask us to. Tell us at the quote stage, because an old floor standing copier needs two people and a proper trolley and that is planned in rather than discovered on the day.
Do you sell refurbished machines too?
Yes, across South East Queensland, Toowoomba, Gympie and Northern NSW. They are checked and serviced in our own workshop before they go out. See refurbished and renewed copiers.
