Three ways to work with us.
Every job is attended on your behalf, with plain paperwork and no DSA branding.
Your customer stays yours
We attend on your behalf with plain paperwork and no DSA branding, and we put it in writing: we will not approach or solicit your customers.
You bill, we do the work
You bill your customer as normal. We do the job and bill you at partner rates.
Hand it over, earn a fee
Pass the job to us to quote and bill directly, and we pay you a referral fee when the work goes ahead.
Sell the machine, skip the rest
Your client has outgrown their printers and needs an A3 multifunction. You sell it, we supply it, install it and service it, and you take a share of the sale.
Who this is for
Businesses whose customers have printers and copiers, but who do not want to put a technician in a van. Print shops and toner resellers whose customers ring them when the machine stops. IT and managed service providers who look after everything in the office except the one device nobody wants to touch. Office supplies businesses who sell the consumables and get asked about the hardware.
You do not need a service agreement with us, a minimum number of jobs, or a contract. Most partners start with one machine they cannot get to.
The machine your client has outgrown
This is the one most IT providers are quietly losing. A client has four or five desktop printers, a growing pile of scanning, and somebody in accounts fighting a device that was never meant to do the work. What they need is an A3 multifunction. What you do not want is to source one, arrange the delivery, set up scanning to their folders, and own the phone call the first time it jams.
So sell it and hand us the rest. We size the machine to what they actually print, supply it new or refurbished, deliver and install it, set it up on their network with drivers and scanning, and service it for as long as they have it. You take a share of the sale. The client stays yours, and the machine stops being your problem the day it arrives.
The same works for a machine on rental, lease or commercial hire purchase, which is how most offices take an A3 machine.
What an unbranded attendance means
It means what it says. The technician attends as your technician. The job sheet the customer signs carries your name and not ours, the vehicle is unmarked, and nothing we leave behind carries our number. If the customer asks who we are, the answer is that we are the service technician their supplier sent, which is true.
Behind that, the job runs exactly the way our own jobs run: the fault recorded, the parts recorded, the machine's history kept, so the second visit does not start from nothing. You get the notes, because on your side of it the history is yours.
In writing
We ask every person who works on our behalf to sign a confidentiality and customer protection deed. We offer partners the same promise in the other direction, in writing, before the first job: we will not approach, solicit or quote your customers, and we will not use what we learn on your jobs to sell to them.
That is not a courtesy. It is the only reason a reseller would let a competitor's technician stand in front of their customer, and we would not expect you to do it on a handshake.
What we do, and what we do not
Breakdown repairs and scheduled servicing on every major brand. Installs, network and scanning setup. Office moves and relocations. Parts supplied, or supplied and fitted. New and refurbished machines supplied and installed. Service agreements where your customer wants one.
Approach your customers. Put our branding in front of them. Quote them directly unless you hand the job over. Take over their supplies unless you ask us to.
How a job runs
- You send itMachine make and model, the site, the fault as the customer described it, and who to ask for on arrival.
- We confirmThe attendance and, once the fault is diagnosed, anything beyond it. Nothing extra happens without your yes.
- We attendUnbranded, as your technician, with the paperwork in your name.
- We bill youAt partner rates, with the notes, so you invoice your customer the way you normally would.
Where we can attend
The same regions we cover for our own customers, booked through the same service desk. If your customers are outside them, tell us where and we will say plainly whether we can get there rather than guess.
This page is not the pitch, it is the detail. If it looks like it fits, use the form at the top of the page or call 1300 922 260 and ask for the service desk.
Partner questions.
The ones we are asked before the first job.
Will your technician tell my customer who you are?
No. The technician attends as your technician, the vehicle is unmarked and the job sheet carries your name. If the customer asks, the answer is that we are the service technician their supplier sent.
How do I know you will not go after my customers?
We put it in writing before the first job. We ask everyone who works on our behalf to sign a confidentiality and customer protection deed, and we give partners the same promise in the other direction: we will not approach, solicit or quote your customers, or use what we learn on your jobs to sell to them.
Do I have to commit to a number of jobs?
No. There is no minimum, no contract and no agreement to sign. Most partners start with one machine they cannot get to.
Can I sell a copier to my customer without servicing it myself?
Yes, and it is the part most IT providers are losing. You sell the machine, we size it, supply it, deliver and install it, set up printing and scanning on their network, and service it for as long as they have it. You take a share of the sale and the customer stays yours.
Can the machine go on a monthly payment?
Yes. Most offices take an A3 machine on rental, lease or commercial hire purchase rather than buying it outright, and that works the same way through a partner.
Who bills the customer?
You do, in the usual way, and we bill you at partner rates. If you would rather hand the job over completely, we quote and bill the customer directly and pay you a referral fee when the work goes ahead.
Which brands can you attend?
Every major brand: Toshiba, Kyocera, HP, Canon, Ricoh, Konica Minolta, Sharp, Fujifilm, Brother, Epson, Lexmark, OKI, Xerox and more. A mixed fleet across several sites is normal work for us.
What do you need from me to book a job?
The make and model, the site address, the fault as the customer described it, and who to ask for on arrival. We confirm the attendance, and anything beyond it once the fault is diagnosed, before it goes ahead.
Where can you attend?
The same regions we cover for our own customers, booked through the same service desk. If your customers are outside them, tell us where and we will say plainly whether we can get there.
Can you supply parts without attending?
Yes. We supply parts on their own, or supply and fit them on site, whichever suits the job.
Where we can attend for you.
We attend for partners in the same regions we serve our own customers, booked through the same service desk.
Your customer, our technician
