Is the price the delivered price?

The price on the page is the machine including GST. Delivery is quoted with the order rather than charged at the cartridge rate, because a machine is not a box of toner, and we confirm it with you before anything is sent.

Why do some machines say price on request?

Three reasons. An A3 machine is sized to your monthly pages before it is priced. A large machine is quoted after we know where it is going, so the price covers getting it in and setting it up. And on a few lines the cost leaves us nothing at a sensible price, and we would rather talk to you than list a number we cannot stand behind.

Do you install it?

Across Brisbane, the Gold Coast, the Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba, Gympie and Northern NSW trained technicians deliver it, set it up on your network and put the drivers and scanning on your computers. Elsewhere in Australia it is shipped, and we help over the phone.

Can I put it on a service agreement?

Yes, and most customers do. Scheduled servicing and toner come in one monthly figure billed from your meter readings, so a page costs the same whatever the machine does that month.

Can I pay monthly instead of buying it?

Yes. Rental, lease and commercial hire purchase are all available through our finance partner, with the servicing and toner in the same payment. Ask and we will show you all three against buying it outright.
