Both are listed above and each row says who made it. The genuine cartridge is OKI's own and carries OKI's warranty. A compatible is made by another manufacturer to work in the same machine, and costs less.
Our honest answer, from a long time in this trade. On a machine that is being looked after, a compatible is a real option.
