Document Services Australia is an Australian business based in Milton, Queensland. We have serviced, sold and supplied copiers and printers since 2013.

What happens to your card
You pay on Stripe’s own secure payment page, not on this website. Stripe is one of the world’s largest payment companies. Your card details go straight to Stripe over an encrypted connection. They never pass through this site, and we never see or store them.
We take Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB and China UnionPay, and Apple Pay and Google Pay on the devices that support them.
Every card payment is screened by Stripe’s fraud checks before it goes through, and our checkout has a security check that stops automated orders.
The price you see is the price you pay
Every price is in Australian dollars and includes GST. Freight is shown before you pay: a flat $18.00 an order on ordinary cartridge orders, anywhere in Australia.
When you press Pay, we check every price again on our side before Stripe charges you, so the amount cannot be changed along the way. If a price is ever obviously wrong, we tell you before you are charged, not after.
If something in your order needs its freight worked out first, such as a heavy or bulky item, you are not charged at all. We email you the total to confirm instead.
After you pay
- An order confirmation from us, by email.
- Your tax invoice, marked paid, in a separate email.
- The tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
Stock is held in warehouses in every major Australian city, and your order is sent from whichever one is nearest to you.
If something is not right
Every product page says plainly whether a cartridge is genuine or compatible. We do not sell refilled cartridges.
If anything arrives faulty or damaged, we replace it or refund it under Australian Consumer Law. The details are on our delivery and returns page and in our terms of sale.
We do not take returns for a change of mind, so if you are not sure a cartridge fits, call us before you order and we will check it for you.
