    Buying toner often?

    There is a cheaper way to run a machine than one cartridge at a time.

    Every cartridge you buy is a cost you carry on your own, and a breakdown on top of it is a separate bill. On a service agreement the toner is included, the parts and labour are included, and the machine is looked after before it fails, all in one figure against the pages you actually print.

    Buying toner from us

    Are these genuine cartridges?

    Both are sold here and every product page says which it is. A genuine cartridge is the printer maker's own, supplied through our Australian distributor. A compatible is made by another manufacturer, named on the page, to work in the same machine. We do not sell refilled cartridges.

    Should I buy genuine or compatible?

    It depends on the machine. A compatible cartridge is a real option on a machine that is being looked after. On a machine nobody is maintaining, a poor cartridge can streak, leak or damage the imaging unit, which costs far more than the cartridge saved. Call us and we will tell you which one we would put in your machine.

    How do I find the right cartridge?

    Search for the model name on the front or top of your printer, for example HL-L2350DW or TASKalfa 2554ci, and the shop lists everything that fits it. You can also search the code printed on the cartridge you are replacing. If you are unsure, call us before you order.

    What does standard and high yield mean?

    Some printers take two or three sizes of the same cartridge. The high yield one costs more but prints more pages, so it usually works out cheaper per page. Where both exist, the shop shows the cost per page of each.

    Are prices shown with or without GST?

    Prices include GST. Business buyers can switch the shop to show prices excluding GST using the switch above the products; the cart always shows both.

    How can I pay?

    Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB and China UnionPay. Card payment goes through Stripe on its own secure page, so your card details never pass through this website and we never see or store them. Customers on a DSA service agreement can put an order on their account instead, on the terms of that account.

    How much is freight?

    Freight depends on where the order is going and is shown before you pay. Bulky items such as some fusers and waste toner boxes can cost more to send.

    I have a DSA service agreement. Do I pay for toner?

    No. Toner for the machines on your agreement is included. Order it free through the customer portal or by scanning the sticker on the machine.

    Can you fit a drum, fuser or belt for me?

    Yes. Buy the part here and book a technician, or ask us to supply and fit it in one visit.

    What if the cartridge I need is not listed?

    Ask us. We can usually source supplies that are not in the online range, genuine or compatible. Send the printer model or the cartridge code.
