Delivery is $313.50 on a pallet, by a truck with a tailgate lift, to Brisbane, the Gold Coast, the Sunshine Coast, Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth, added at checkout. Anywhere else, we confirm the delivery cost with you before you pay. It arrives on the pallet, ready for you to unpack, move into place and set up; ask us if you would like it installed. Machines cannot be returned for a change of mind, so call 1300 922 260 before you order if you are unsure.

Check what it stands on. Most A3 copiers stand on a cabinet or a paper feeder, which is sold separately. See the accessories below, or call 1300 922 260 and we will tell you what this one needs.

What it costs to run

Genuine toner at our price, at the maker's rated yield. Toner only. It leaves out the drum or imaging unit, the fuser, the waste toner box, every other part, service, labour and paper, and a colour page lays down all four cartridges.

Rent it instead, from $141.93 a month

$307.13 a month over 24 months$215.62 a month over 36 months$169.40 a month over 48 months$141.93 a month over 60 months

Payments are plus GST and are monthly by direct debit, on the machine only. Rental is through our finance partner and is subject to their approval; we are not the credit provider and the rate is theirs to set, not ours. Rates are current as at March 2026 and are set by our finance partner, not by us.

Ask what it would cost to rent

Ask about a service agreement and the toner is included in one monthly figure.

Before you buy an A3

Most A3 machines here end up on an agreement.

An A3 copier is not really a one off purchase, it is a running cost. On an agreement the toner, the parts, the labour and the preventative maintenance are one figure against the pages you actually print, and a fault becomes a phone call instead of a quote.

  • Toner included and delivered to the machine, not bought by the cartridge
  • Parts and labour in the same figure, whatever fails
  • Buy it outright, or rent, lease or finance it with the servicing in one payment
  • We take the old machine away

Delivered, installed, put on your network with drivers and scanning working, where we attend on site.
