Toner and parts for the Ricoh IM C2000

What fits the Ricoh IM C2000

Genuine or compatible for this machine?

Both are listed above and each row says who made it. The genuine cartridge is Ricoh's own and carries Ricoh's warranty. A compatible is made by another manufacturer to work in the same machine, and costs less.

Our honest answer, from a long time in this trade. On a machine that is being looked after, a compatible is a real option. On a machine nobody is maintaining, a poor cartridge can streak, leak or damage the imaging unit, and that part costs far more than the cartridge ever saved. Tell us how the Ricoh IM C2000 is looked after and we will tell you which one we would put in it.

On a service agreement the toner and the service are included and you pay for the pages you actually print, whatever the coverage.
