Our shed is full, and that is the honest reason for this sale. Over the last few months a run of upgrades, end of term returns and clearance stock from our suppliers has left us with more good A3 colour machines than we have room for. So until they are gone, every refurbished, renewed and ex demo copier from Kyocera, HP, Ricoh and Toshiba is on clearance pricing across South East Queensland.
What refurbished, renewed and ex demo mean here
Refurbished. A machine that has done a working life in an office, come back to us, and been stripped, cleaned, fitted with new consumable parts where they are worn, test printed and checked before it leaves. You get a machine that runs properly at a fraction of the new price.
Renewed. A grade above refurbished. More parts replaced, a lower page count, and it looks and runs close to new. It costs a little more than refurbished and a lot less than new.
Ex demo. A current model that has done a handful of prints as a showroom or trial unit. Brand new in every way that matters, at a price a new one never gets to.
Every machine comes freestanding with a document feeder and cabinet, delivered, installed and set up on your network in South East Queensland, and with a replacement warranty when it is on one of our service agreements: if it fails and we cannot fix it, we replace it for the term of the agreement.
Kyocera
TASKalfa 2552ci, 2554ci, 4053ci and 5053ci A3 colour machines, refurbished, and the ECOSYS M8124cidn for a smaller office. The Kyocera clearance sits alongside our special pricing on brand new Kyocera printers and copiers until 28 February 2027, so if you want new, that is the page.
HP
HP Color LaserJet Managed E78330, E78625 and E78630 A3 colour multifunction machines. A small number of E78625 units are ex demo, just released to our sales team: a handful of prints on the counter and a price we will not be repeating. First in gets them.
Ricoh
Ricoh IM C2000, IM C3500 and IM C4500 refurbished A3 colour machines, plus the MP C3504 and Lanier MP C2503 for a tighter budget. The IM range is current, quiet and simple to drive, and the C3500 is the machine we put into most small offices that print a mix of A4 and A3.
Toshiba
Our biggest range: e-STUDIO 2010AC through to 4515AC in refurbished and renewed, and the 339CS for A4 only. Toshiba is the brand we service most across South East Queensland, so parts and toner are on the shelf and the technician who installs it is the one who looks after it.
Buy, rent or lease
Clearance pricing applies whichever way you pay. Buy outright, or take the machine on a monthly rental with a service agreement so toner and service are included and the bill is one line. Where
Brisbane and every suburb from Ipswich to the Redlands, Logan, Moreton Bay, the Gold Coast, the Sunshine Coast and Toowoomba. Sydney and Melbourne offices can ask too; we sell and install refurbished machines there as well.
