There is a compatible for this one, $256.05 cheaper
G&G make a compatible that replaces DR-3605, at $34.95 against $291.00 for the genuine. It is not a Brother product and it does not carry Brother's warranty.
Worth knowing before you choose. A compatible cartridge is a real option on a machine that is looked after. On a machine nobody is maintaining, a poor cartridge can streak, leak or take the drum with it, and a drum costs more than the cartridge ever saved. That is the trade, and it is yours to make.
