What you are buying, and what you give up
This is a compatible, and a premium one. Katun made it to work in the same machine as Kyocera's TK5380M. It is not a Kyocera product, it does not carry Kyocera's warranty, and on a machine still under the maker's warranty or on a maker's service plan the genuine is sometimes the only cartridge allowed.
The honest part, from a long time in this trade. On a machine that is being looked after, a compatible is a real option. On a machine nobody is maintaining, a poor cartridge can streak, leak or take the drum with it, and a drum costs far more than the cartridge ever saved. Keep the machine clean and serviced and this is a sound way to cut a running cost. Do not, and it is a false economy.
The genuine Kyocera version
Kyocera make TK5380M themselves, at $360.02. It carries Kyocera's own warranty, and on a machine under warranty or on a maker's service plan it is sometimes the only cartridge allowed.
We sell both and we will tell you which we would fit. If the machine is on a DSA service agreement the question does not arise: toner is included either way and we carry the risk.
Fits 2 machines
Each machine opens every supply that fits it, genuine and compatible.

On a DSA service agreement?
Toner is included in your agreement. Order it through the customer portal and it goes to the address we hold for that machine. The toner is covered by your agreement; freight is charged on each delivery.
Not sure it is the right one?
Check the model name on the front or top of the machine, or the code on the cartridge you are replacing. If it still is not clear, call 1300 922 260 and we will confirm it before you order.
Compatible product, made by Katun. It is not made by Kyocera and is not a Kyocera product. Kyocera and its part numbers are trade marks of their owner, used here only to say which cartridge this replaces. Prices include GST; freight is added at checkout.
