OKI is a small brand on the Coast, seven machines on our service records, but they are the kind businesses rely on: MC362, MC532 and MC573 colour multifunctions, an MB462 mono machine and an ES5112 printer, in Nambour, Maleny, Woombye and Mountain Creek. OKI numbers its service calls by area, 166 to 177 for the fuser and 131 to 163 for the LED heads, drums and belt, and also tells you whether a restart might clear it.

Before you book a OKI call
Three things that help the technician arrive with the right part:
- Whether the printer still prints after switching it off and on. OKI separates codes that clear with a restart from those that need inspection.
- Which colour shows the fault, if it is print quality. Each colour has its own image drum and LED head.
- Which tray is jamming, and whether the duplex unit is involved.

Booking a OKI repair on the Sunshine Coast
Sunshine Coast OKI calls come in on our local number, (07) 5327 3465, and are booked through the same service desk as the rest of the business. We confirm the attendance charge first, and the technician diagnoses the fault where the machine stands. On the Coast we also deliver and install new and refurbished machines, and move them when an office relocates.

Common questions
Do you service OKI ES printers on the Sunshine Coast?
Yes. An ES5112 is on our Sunshine Coast records, and ES models are serviced the same way as the MC and C series.
My OKI prints a pale band in one colour. Why?
Usually that colour's image drum or its LED head. OKI uses LED heads rather than a laser, and a dirty head shows as a faint band; cleaning it is the first step.
Which parts of the Sunshine Coast do you cover for OKI?
From Caloundra and Pelican Waters up through Kawana, Maroochydore and Coolum to Noosa, and inland to Buderim, Nambour, Palmwoods and Yandina. If you are further out, call and ask.
Are your technicians qualified?
All our technicians are trained and certified.
