Our Gold Coast service records hold 32 OKI machines, and the MC853 A3 colour multifunction is the one we meet most, with C810 printers and MC342, MC562 and MC563 multifunctions behind it. They are spread around the Coast, from Helensvale and Arundel to Robina and Burleigh Heads. OKI numbers its service calls by area, 131 to 163 for the LED heads, drums and belt and 166 to 177 for the fuser, so the number on the panel is the most useful thing you can give us.

Before you book a OKI call
Three things that help the technician arrive with the right part:
- The service call number on the panel, such as 131 or 170. OKI groups them by area.
- The model, such as MC873 or C834. The MC, ES and C series share some parts and not others.
- Whether a new toner was just fitted. OKI reads a chip on each toner, and a bad contact shows as an error.

Booking a OKI repair on the Gold Coast
Our Gold Coast technicians work out of the region, so a OKI call here is booked straight into the Coast run rather than sent down the highway. Tell us the make, model and fault, we confirm the attendance charge, and the technician diagnoses it on site. On the Coast we also deliver and install new and refurbished machines, and relocate them when an office moves.

Common questions
Do you service the OKI MC853 on the Gold Coast?
Yes, it is the OKI model we see most here. Image drums, the belt unit, the fuser and LED head cleaning are the usual work.
What does an OKI service call 170 mean?
Codes 166 to 177 belong to the fuser unit, mostly its temperature control. The printer stops until the fuser or its connection is fixed.
Are your OKI technicians on the Gold Coast local?
Yes. Our Gold Coast technicians work out of the region, from the northern growth corridor at Coomera and Ormeau down to Coolangatta, and back to Nerang and Mudgeeraba.
Are your technicians qualified?
All our technicians are trained and certified.
