Before you book a Zebra call

- The alert on the screen or the light pattern, such as HEAD OPEN, RIBBON OUT or MEDIA OUT.
- Whether you changed label stock or ribbon just before the fault. A new stock often needs the printer calibrated.

Common questions
Do you repair Zebra ZT410 printers on the Gold Coast?
Yes. The ZT230 and ZT410 industrial printers are on our Gold Coast records, and printheads, platen rollers and media sensors are the usual work.
Why do my Zebra labels print with white lines?
Usually a worn or dirty printhead. Cleaning the head with an alcohol swab is the first step. If the lines stay, the printhead needs replacing.
What if my Zebra needs a part?
The technician confirms the part on the first visit and it is quoted to you before it is ordered. Once it arrives, it is fitted on a return visit without a second diagnosis.
