Do you fit Lexmark maintenance kits on the Gold Coast?
Yes. When the panel says Scheduled maintenance, we fit the fuser maintenance kit on site and reset the counter.
What does Scheduled maintenance mean on a Lexmark?
The printer has reached the page count for its fuser maintenance kit: the fuser and the rollers that go with it. It keeps printing for a while, but fitting the kit now heads off the faults that follow.
What if my Lexmark needs a part?
The technician confirms the part on the first visit and it is quoted to you before it is ordered. Once it arrives, it is fitted on a return visit without a second diagnosis.
