- The code on the panel, such as U1-2320 or C5-1110. The letter names the area of the machine.
- Whether a new toner was just fitted. Samsung reads a CRUM chip on each toner, and a bad contact shows as an error.
- Whether the fault is in one colour or all of them.

For many models, yes. We check availability for your model before recommending a repair, and tell you plainly if it is past it.
Do you still service Samsung printers now HP owns the range?
Yes. HP bought Samsung's printer business and many of the machines are still at work. We service Samsung MultiXpress copiers and Xpress, ProXpress, CLX and SCX printers.
