Samsung's printer business now belongs to HP, but many Samsung machines are still at work, and we keep them going across Sydney: MultiXpress A3 copiers, ProXpress and Xpress printers, and CLX and SCX multifunctions. Samsung codes start with a letter that names the area, U1 for the fuser and A for drives and fans, and a toner error after a cartridge change is often a chip contact rather than a printer fault.

Before you book a Samsung call
Three things that help the technician arrive with the right part:
- The code on the panel, such as U1-2320 or C5-1110. The letter names the area of the machine.
- The model, such as MultiXpress X4300LX or ProXpress M3870FD.
- Whether a new toner was just fitted. Samsung reads a CRUM chip on each toner, and a bad contact shows as an error.

Common questions
Do you repair Samsung MultiXpress copiers in Sydney?
Yes. The MultiXpress A3 machines are repaired on site, with fuser, transfer belt and feed parts shipped to your office where they are needed.
My Samsung says the toner is not compatible. Why?
The printer could not read the chip on the toner, often from a poor contact or a damaged chip. Try reseating it; if the message stays, we can check the contacts.
What if my Samsung needs a part in Sydney?
The part is confirmed on the first visit, quoted to you, and shipped to your office. The technician then returns to fit it, without charging a second diagnosis.
Are your technicians qualified?
All our technicians are trained and certified.
