Do you service the imageRUNNER ADVANCE C5000 series on the Gold Coast?
Yes. The C5035, C5045, C5250, C5540i and C5560i are all on our Gold Coast records. Drums, the fixing assembly, the ITB and the document feeder are the usual work.
What does an E000 or E001 code mean on a Canon?
Both belong to the fixing assembly, Canon's name for the fuser: a temperature that did not rise, or rose too far. The machine locks itself, and a technician has to find the cause before the code can be cleared.
Can you install or move a Canon machine on the Gold Coast?
