We put Toshiba first among the brands we sell and service, and our Sunshine Coast service records hold e-STUDIO machines of every age: the 2505AC, 3515AC and 2555AC colour models, the A4 330AC, and 2050C and 2540C copiers still working well after their leases, from Noosaville and Kunda Park to Maroochydore and Palmwoods. We repair them casual or under a service agreement, and supply new e-STUDIO machines when an old one is past it.

Before you book a Toshiba call
Three things that help the technician arrive with the right part:
- Whether the fault shows on copies, prints or both. A mark on copies only usually means the RADF or the scanning glass, not the drum.
- Which drawer is jamming, if it is a jam. A PFP or LCF drawer has its own pickup and feed rollers.
- The model on the front label, such as e-STUDIO 3515AC. Parts differ across the AC generations, so it decides what the technician brings.

Yes. The A4 330AC is on our Sunshine Coast records alongside the A3 colour models, and its fuser, drum and feed roller work is the same in kind.
Do you work on Toshiba machines that are not on a DSA agreement?
Yes. Most of the e-STUDIO machines we are called to are casual work, owned outright or off someone else's lease. We confirm the attendance charge before anyone is booked.

From Caloundra and Pelican Waters up through Kawana, Maroochydore and Coolum to Noosa, and inland to Buderim, Nambour, Palmwoods and Yandina. If you are further out, call and ask.
