Local numbers in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth, and a page for every brand in every city

What has changed on documentservices.com.au this spring, and where to find the page for your machine.

A technician working on an office copier on site

14 October 2026 · Document Services Australia

Over the last few weeks we have rebuilt how Document Services Australia shows up for the people who need us. The short version: wherever your office is, and whatever badge is on the front of your copier, there is now a page written for exactly that machine in exactly that city, and a phone number that rings our service desk.

Local numbers that ring the same service desk

Every DSA call is booked through one service desk, and it always has been. What has changed is how you reach it. Alongside our national number, 1300 922 260, offices can now call us on a local number:

Whichever number you ring, the call reaches the same people, and the history of your machine stays in one place. That matters more than it sounds: the technician who attends next sees what the last one did.

A page for every brand, in every city

Brisbane has had a page for each brand we service for a while. Now Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Adelaide and Perth have them too. Each one is written for that city: the models we see there, the codes we are called to, how a job runs locally, and the questions people in that city actually ask.

A few to start with, for the copier brands offices ask us about most:

Every brand and every city is linked from the brands page and from each city page.

Servicing pages for Melbourne and Sydney

A repair answers a fault. A service visit is planned work on a machine that is still printing, so the fault never happens. Melbourne and Sydney now have their own servicing pages, as Brisbane does: photocopier servicing in Melbourne, photocopier servicing in Sydney and photocopier servicing in Brisbane.

Why we did it

Most people who call us have already searched for their brand and their city, often with an error code on the screen in front of them. They deserve a page that answers that question properly, rather than a general page that mentions it in passing. That is the standard we are holding every page on this site to.
